CLEANING & SANITATIONS

Life has changed and Prime Fitness is adapting. We’ve amended our business practices to reflect the times. Putting an intense focus on safety is the most important thing we can do. Along with our medical-grade disinfection standards, we’ve implemented rigorous safety protocols for our members and staff.

It is required that members wear facial coverings at all times in the club except when vigorously exercising. During periods of intense exercise, you can remove your mask and sealed it in a plastic bag, provided by Prime Fitness club, until the exercise is complete. PPE (Personal Protection Equipment), including masks and gloves, will be available for purchase at the club.

All disinfectants and virucides have been selected from the EPA list of chemicals designated as effective against the SARS-Co2 virus and are used in accordance with or exceedance of CDC sanitization guidelines, while also being safe for members and employees.

In addition to our standard cleaning protocols, our Maintenance team will use cordless electrostatic sprayers that enable 360-degree touchless disinfection, reaching up to three times more surfaces in the same amount of time it would take with rags or wipes. Each club will also have several electrostatic backpack sprayers, enabling touchless sanitization of full rooms in under three minutes.

Prime Fitness is increasing our Maintenance staff presence throughout our clubs to support enhanced frequency of cleaning and disinfecting. The entire club will be disinfected constantly throughout the day, with certain areas closed for deep cleanings on a rotating basis three times per day.

Every piece of equipment used in classes will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each class. A minimum of 45 minutes will be allocated between classes for this. Every locker will be disinfected after each use with the electrostatic handheld sprayer.

Medical grade wipes will be available throughout the club. Please wipe equipment down before and after use.

Auto-dispensing Touchland hand sanitizers will be installed throughout each club location. Not only does the hand sanitizer solution kill up to 99.9% of germs and include 67% ethyl alcohol, but it’ll help keep your hands soft with its added aloe vera and essential oils.

CLUB RULES:
SAFETY

Social distancing of at least 6 ft between members and employees is required at all times. Please respect floor markings and any other visual cues that facilitate distancing at the front desk, in our locker rooms, and other club areas.

Wear a mask at all times in the club except when vigorously exercising. During periods of vigorous exercise, the mask can be removed and Prime Fitness club will provide a plastic bag to keep it clean.

After placing the mask in the plastic bag, tie the bag shut and then wash your hands with alcohol-based hand wash. When removed, try to avoid touching the front of the mask as the outside might be contaminated. Please be sure to wash your hands again before and after placing the mask back on your face.

Temperature checks will be required upon each entry to the club. If your temperature is higher than 100.0˚F (37.78°C), you will not be permitted to access the club for 3 days from the time of your reading. Prime Fitness club may offer to retest your temperature one time.

Make use of hand sanitizer when entering the club and throughout your visit. Dispensers are available throughout the club. Wash your hands frequently for at least 20 seconds. Cover coughs and sneeze with a tissue or inside your elbow.

Extend courtesy to your fellow members by using provided wipes to disinfect machines and equipment after use. Wipes are conveniently placed throughout the club.



CLUB RULES:
USING THE CLUB

As a part of our Prime Fitness community, we expect you to notify Prime Fitness club if you test positive for COVID-19 within 14 days of your last visit to Prime Fitness and to provide us with information about your visit, such as the club areas and amenities used.

Our teams will set up the studio before each class starts. When arriving for class, please choose one of the designated spots. Equipment will be pre-set at each spot. Notify the instructor if you would like to swap out equipment to avoid the storage area.

After class, please leave all equipment at your spot and exit the studio so our staff can begin cleaning. Studios will be closed and unavailable for use between classes to ensure equipment remains sanitized for the next class.

Be mindful of protecting the privacy of everyone in our community. Photos and calls are strictly prohibited in private areas of the club. If you need to make a call, please head to the lounge and be mindful of your noise level.

Please limit the number of personal items that you bring to the club. Any personal items must be stored in a locker.

CLUB FEATURES

For social distancing, we have reduced the number of cardio machines and equipment available for use. Please be mindful if other members are waiting to use machines or equipment. Prime Fitness reserves the right to limit your time on a cardio machine to 30 minutes.

Some amenities have temporarily been removed due to their high-touch nature. We ask for your patience and look forward to phasing them back in as we are able to do so.

We recommend arriving to the club in your workout clothes when possible to reduce traffic in the locker rooms and allow for six feet distancing.

Towels will be made available at the Front Desk upon check-in. Additional towels are available by request to a club employee at any time.



MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION

There are 3 types of membership. Basic, Standard and Premium.

The freeze policy allows you to temporarily suspend your membership in accordance with the following terms:

You may freeze your membership once per contractual year for a minimum of one month and a maximum of three consecutive months in one-month increments for a fee of $15 per month, payable in advance.

If you are OUTSIDE of your first year of membership, you may cancel with the amount of notice spelled out on your membership agreement for any reason. You can cancel in club with a manager by giving the appropriate notice, filling out a cancellation form and paying a pro-rate to stop your billing.

If you are INSIDE your first year of membership, you may cancel with appropriate notice (specified on your membership agreement) for the following reasons: relocation or medical.

A freeze is appropriate when you know approximately how long you will be gone. For example, if you will be away on business for three months, or your doctor feels your injury should be healed in less than six months, a freeze is the option you should choose. It is a defined amount of time without billing, or club usage, and your billing will automatically restart at the end of the freeze.
