Group X stands for Group Exercise. Group X consists of members coming together in classes led by experienced, certified instructors putting exercise and music together in a structured and safe environment.

With the introduction of Group X, members have the option of adding variety to their exercise programs. In Fitness First, Group X is conducted through an average 60 minutes class. In India the success and popularity of our Group X classes is largely due to our ability to offer a wide variety of group exercise classes suitable for participants of all ages and backgrounds, from first-timers to die-hard athletes.

Belly Dance is a movement of stomach and waist was characteristic. Group improvisation is one of the features that make this dance style so unique – the dance itself becomes a language that the dancers use to communicate with each other while dancing, allowing seamless transitions and giving the appearance of a choreographed dance.
